Let's put things in perspective...<\/h2>\n<p>Many people will rightly think what on earth to do with this message. Quite understandable of course as it sounds quite dramatic and shocking. This can be quite frightening if you have been taking Ritalin or Concerta for some time or give it to your child. But let's put things into perspective and not shoot into fear right away.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.714285714; font-size: 1rem;\">I think there are quite a few people with ADD or ADHD for whom these medications can really be a godsend. Even though I am definitely not a proponent of medication myself and prefer to look at alternative options and like to emphasise the <a title=\"Positive aspects of ADD and ADHD\" href=\"https:\/\/www.addkenmerken.net\/en\/10-benefits-of-add-and-adhd\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">positive aspects of ADD and ADHD<\/a>. It just so happens that some people with ADD or ADHD constantly get stuck in their daily lives. Medication as mentioned in the film could then possibly really help make life more pleasant. In that case, the advantages might outweigh the disadvantages of these medications. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.714285714; font-size: 1rem;\">Well, if you can suddenly live a better and more positive life after years of being stuck, failing, tiptoeing and being in the pit, then that choice might not be hard to make. After all, all those complaints can also eventually cause health problems including, for example, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.addkenmerken.net\/en\/add-hsp-to-burnout\/\">burnout<\/a>.  And remember, every medicine has side effects! You just have to ask yourself whether these side effects sufficiently outweigh the benefits. If it makes your life a lot more pleasant, I can well understand why you opt for medication after all. That will be different for everyone and you make that choice yourself.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.714285714; font-size: 1rem;\">But I would like to give you the following. For anyone with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.addkenmerken.net\/en\/add-symptoms\/\">ADD<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.addkenmerken.net\/en\/characteristics-of-adhd\/\">ADHD<\/a> it is important to know that there are also alternative options that can help well. I myself practise meditation for this purpose, watch my diet (including organic) and exercise. I would also like to point out that there are natural foods with very good experiences among people with ADD and ADHD, among others. This can be a good option if you prefer not to take medication or if you experience a lot of side effects.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A 100% natural remedy that I hear very many enthusiastic and positive comments about and also personally get many positive comments emailed to me is the remedy <a title=\"lto3\" href=\"https:\/\/www.addkenmerken.net\/en\/lto3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">LTO3<\/a>.
