Also called HSK (highly sensitive child):<\/p>\n<p>- It should always be cosy...<br \/>\n- Feels others' emotions strongly....<br \/>\n- Perception sometimes different from others......<br \/>\n- Quickly overexcited....<br \/>\n- Merry....<br \/>\n- Sad and not knowing why<br \/>\n- Being angry and not knowing exactly why......<br \/>\n- Be able to motivate and inspire others well....<br \/>\n- Sensitive to others' opinions.....<br \/>\n- Creative, artistic and a rich imagination....<br \/>\n- Difficulty falling asleep.....<\/p>\n<p>I see being Highly Sensitive as an extra \"quality\".<\/p>\n<p>Do you have a child who <a title=\"Highly sensitive person\" href=\"https:\/\/www.addkenmerken.net\/en\/high-sensitive-person-hsp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener \">Highly sensitive<\/a> is, or are you Highly Sensitive yourself?<br \/>\nHow do you prepare your HSP child for changes and events?<br \/>\nIf your child goes to sleep quickly or often stays awake for a long time because the day's experiences are still in their head, how do you prepare your child for a good night's sleep?<\/p>\n<p>I am very curious to know how you deal with this.<\/p>\n<p>I myself am Highly Sensitive and have two HSP children. Because I am a children's coach and have learned and read a lot about it, things go very well at home. At school it is a bit more difficult, but the teachers do their best.
